My Vision of SpiceXperience
I teach women how to liberate themselves from conditional behaviors handed to them before they were old enough to question them, and from the invisible chains of other people's timelines. Liberation is a radical decision to finally live on your own terms.
I am a master of time — not in the hustle-culture sense, but in the deepest sense. I understand that our time is finite and sacred. Every session I offer is rooted in that gentle, loving urgency of a woman who knows that waiting until you are ready is its own loss.

Who am I?
I am a scholar who has spent years inside academia studying conscious leadership and human systems. I am also a deeply spiritual woman who believes mind, heart, body, Spirit, and the soul are partners. True leadership begins in the interior of a woman who knows who she is.
I earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Criminology, Law, and Society from George Mason University, where I first began to understand how systems are built, and more importantly, who they are built for.
I went on to earn a Master of Science in Business Analytics from William & Mary, learning to read data the way others read poetry — for the story underneath the numbers. And today I am a Ph.D. candidate in Education Policy, Planning, and Leadership at William & Mary, where my research sits at the intersection of Gifted Education and Conscious Leadership.
